    Fee and Retake Policy

    Examination Fee

    Practitioner examination registration fee: £189

    Retake policy

Your exam fee includes a single resit at no charge.  If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, no charge is made for your second attempt.

    Practitioner Certification Validity and Renewal

Practitioner certification is awarded for a fixed term of 36 months from the date of successful examination.

Continued use of the Practitioner designation requires that certification remains valid.

Where a candidate progresses to Fellow status within the validity period, Fellowship supersedes the Practitioner renewal cycle. The most advanced active credential governs professional standing and validity.

If Practitioner certification expires and Fellowship has not been awarded, certification status lapses. Reinstatement requires successful completion of a new Practitioner examination.

Upon expiry, the digital badge and certificate are revoked. Expired credentials may not be presented as active certification.

This renewal structure ensures that Practitioner certification reflects maintained professional competence and alignment with the evolving Strategic Value Streams Body of Knowledge.
